Hello Ann and Paul,
Just a quick note to let you know how much we love our new puppy Max! We had been on the lookout for a GSD pup, as our old dog Ace just turned 11yrs old. We wanted to get him an “understudy” so he could teach him the ropes of taking care of our Owyhee County ranch before he got too old to pass things on.
When searching the internet for German Shepards in our area, I came across your Silver Mountain German Shepard’s website. We arranged a visit and were certainly surprised and please with the quality and health of the dogs. We particularly liked the fact the pups are not allowed to go to their new homes until they are at least 12 weeks of age. That way they can get their vaccinations, worming and spend more time with their family, both canine and human. We found Max to be very well adjusted, healthy and happy. He has the classic GSD disposition which seems to be getting harder to find these days where people seem to breed for show and not family traits. He is very affectionate with us, highly intelligent, reserved but never timid. The perfect mix!
Thanks again for raising Max! He is a very loved puppy and a treasured member of our family!
